Security Administrative Coordinator

This position works within the Security Operations Center to assist the director in carrying out security access control and communications functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with employee badge creation and assigning pre-determined access levels.
- Assists with the issue, documentation, and retrieval of campus keys.
- Assists with enrollment, removal, and communications regarding parking management program.
- Assists with storage management, notifications, and destruction of lost and found property.
- Assists with department training records and files.
- Will receive training and assist as telecommunicator as needed.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Three (3) years working with Mircosoft Office 365 platform
- Three (3) years customer service
- Three (3) years professional communications.
- Healthcare Experience preferred.
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent
