Banking Customer Service

salary: $20 - $22.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 10 PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact across phone, chat, and email, seamlessly resolving account inquiries, product/reward questions, and service requests.

• Deliver rapid, effective troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns, using sound judgment to de-escalate challenging interactions with professionalism.

• Educate customers on products, self-service digital tools, and feature enhancements to drive engagement, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all customer interactions in the CRM.

• Efficiently process routine requests including password resets, account maintenance, rewards inquiries, and dispute intake.

• Research complex customer cases (such as fraud, money movement, or multi-step inquiries), collaborating cross-functionally and escalating when necessary.

• Manage open cases with consistent follow-up to ensure accurate, timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Rigorously adhere to established processes, procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and operational guidelines across all customer touchpoints.

• Vigilantly identify and escalate potential fraud, security threats, or policy violations in accordance with DingoBlu guidelines.

• Consistently meet or exceed organizational quality assurance, accuracy, and compliance standards.
