**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**

As a CNA, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and comfort. Your compassionate nature and dedication to patient well-being will be invaluable to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Support patients in mobility and exercise efforts to enhance their physical well-being.
- Provide emotional and social support to patients, creating a caring and supportive environment.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure that medical equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and a clear understanding of patient needs.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**

- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from an accredited certifying body.
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team and independently when necessary.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
