Extreme Networks is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of Highspot, a new sales enablement and learning platform that will replace the company's existing LMS. This role will drive project execution across multiple business and technical teams and ensure a successful rollout ahead of a targeted early July go-live. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and familiarity with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and rollout of Highspot as the new LMS platform
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams
- Coordinate work across Sales, Marketing, IT, Enablement, and external partners
- Track project progress using Smartsheet and Jira
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure project timelines remain on track
- Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support planning and execution of the platform go-live scheduled for early July
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes
- 5 years of Project or Program Management experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments
- Experience tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira
- Ability to coordinate work across IT, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams
- PMP Certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience implementing or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience working with sales enablement or content management platforms such as Highspot
- Experience with Salesforce or Office 365 environments
- Experience managing software or platform implementations
