Responsibilities

• Read and interpret P&ID's, Electrical Schematics, perform calibration of analyzers field instrumentation, and troubleshoot control systems in a manufacturing plant.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Blue print reading, mechanical assembly and construction, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Perform lock-out tag-out, repair and maintain presses, metal shears, equipment and mechanical systems. Follow safety guidelines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• PLC experience, 2 years
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
