Top Performers: Eligible for Regional Sales Manager promotion with OTEs over $240K
About the Opportunity

Weâre looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company whose products and solutions support patient care in hospitals across the country.
Youâll gain hands-on experience working directly with clinical and technical decision-makers in healthcareâlearning the business from the inside out while building toward a leadership path that can exceed half-a-million-dollar earning potential.
This is a high-visibility role designed for ambitious professionals ready to grow, travel, and make an impact in the healthcare industry.
What Youâll Do
Support the Ohio territory alongside the Regional Sales Director to grow revenue and open new opportunities.
Conduct field assessments, product demos, and onsite training to ensure customer success.
Develop trusted relationships across hospital departmentsâIT, biomed, nursing, clinical, and administrative.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Manage your pipeline and goals using CRM tools and sales automation software.
Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your strategy.
Own your territory plan and contribute to a culture of collaboration, service, and results.
What You Bring
Bachelorâs degree (preferred in business, marketing, IT, communications, or health sciences).
At least 1 year of B2B sales experience âhealthcare or technology experience a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Willingness to travel frequently within territory (up to 75%).
Valid driverâs license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (equipment for demos and events).
