Receptionist
Kforce's client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with experience supporting front-desk operations in a high-volume banking environment. Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, providing a welcoming, discreet, and efficient experience that reflects the bank's standards of trust and professionalis
- Handling sensitive financial information, managing multi-line phone systems, coordinating appointments, and directing clients to appropriate banking departments while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with regulatory policies
- Works closely with branch managers, relationship officers, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate visitor logs, and adherence to security protocols
- Known for reliability, attention to detail, and consistently delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced corporate setting
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a polished demeanor suited to executive-level interactions
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
