Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and guests, providing exceptional first impressions.
- Efficiently manage and monitor the main office email inbox, handling correspondence, scheduling, and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain a presentable and organized reception area, contributing to the overall upkeep and tidiness of the office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of daily office operations
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar front-office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
