We are excited to welcome a talented new Customer Service Representative on our Builder Support team! In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for builders and customers, providing exceptional assistance and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Your main responsibilities will include engaging daily with builders to facilitate smooth orders of appliances, installations, troubleshooting and resolving product issues, and meticulously documenting customer interactions using Excel. You’ll also maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our products and services, review purchase orders for accuracy and make necessary adjustments, order parts, and conduct service calls as needed.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks. Be positive and professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support—especially within the builder industry—is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also required.
