Senior Automation & Infrastructure Engineer (BSC/Tech Lead Level)

We are seeking a  Senior Automation & Infrastructure Engineer  to join a high-impact, fast-paced team focused on driving efficiency, automation, and smart adoption of AI/ML technologies. This is not a pure development role – we’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing automation strategies, starting from scratch when necessary, and enhancing existing infrastructure solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, great interpersonal communication, and a strategic mindset to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

• Design and implement automation solutions using Python
• Lead efforts in AI/ML adoption and tooling enhancements for R&C-related initiatives
• Work with Power BI and dashboards to support operations and infrastructure decision-making
• Collaborate closely with infra engineers, tech leads, and product owners
• Migrate legacy systems/processes to OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Start and scale automation frameworks from scratch
• Understand and enhance code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Ensure cloud integration and familiarity with cloud-based architectures
• Operate with a keen eye for filtering and interpreting large data sets (but not a data scientist role)
• Effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 8+ years of experience in software/infra engineering or automation
• Strong Python coding and scripting experience
• Experience working on cloud platforms (preferred: OCP)
• Background as a developer with ambition to take on broader technical challenges
• Ability to operate in agile, fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines
• Solid understanding of modern tech landscape, infra engineering, and automation tools
• Proven ability to wear multiple hats (development, infra, ops, communication)
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
