Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to help us level up our event presence and marketing efforts. Whether it's planning a booth at a telecom expo or launching a new social media campaign, you’ll work directly with our marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life, generate leads, and keep QuestBlue in the spotlight.

What You’ll Do
Event Coordination
- Coordinate, organize and execute logistics for tradeshows, expos, and best practices for sales events, customer experience, meetings, and focus groups
- Prepare booth materials, signage, collateral, and promotional items (banners, trinkets, pamphlets, branded apparel, etc.)
- Manage event shipping, lead scanners, and post-show follow-up coordination
- Track ROI from events and assist in follow-up communications
- Handle pre-show planning, booth design, promotional items, and shipping
- Assist with event budgeting, scheduling, and vendor communications
- Help with events travel arrangements for Sales & Marketing team
Marketing Support
- Serve as a link for our marketing team overseas handling media and advertising and collaboration to support/create graphic designs.
- Assist with the role of managing the company’s social media platforms
- Support planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social, digital)
- Help create marketing assets like flyers, one-pagers, rack cards, and LinkedIn posts
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with design and sales teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Sales team to update CRM (Apollo, Salesforce) with event leads and campaign data
- Track performance metrics and compile reports for campaign effectiveness
Brand Awareness & Collateral
- Ensure materials are aligned with the QuestBlue brand and voice
- Maintain inventory of branded materials and promotional items and event kits
- Special projects like new product launches and partner promotions
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related field
- Strong organizational skills—both written and verbal and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and any CRM or email marketing platform (Salesforce, Apollo, or Mailchimp experience) or similar platforms
- Ability to travel for trade shows (4–6 times a year)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with trade shows or B2B marketing is a plus
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Interest in the telecom, VoIP, or tech industries
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
- Graphic design or social media management experience
- A portfolio of past marketing or event projects (even student work!)
Work Environment:
- Hybrid Schedule. Onsite: Monday - Thursday 9AM-5:30PM (Remote Fridays)
- Location: On-Site at our Morrisville office, (off Hwy 40 near RDU Airport)
