This is a hands-on position requiring general knowledge in carpentry, tiling, light plumbing, and electrical. Responsibilities: Perform light plumbing and minor electrical repairs Interior and exterior carpentry, drywall, tiling, and painting Work independently to complete scheduled residential service calls Communicate with office and field teams to ensure timely project completion Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or general maintenance technician Ability to troubleshoot across multiple trades Your own set of tools and a valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and a clean, professional appearance Benefits: Competitive hourly pay: $30–$35/hour Interview bonus Sign-on bonus upon hire Long-term, full-time role (not 1099 or subcontractor) Stable hours and support from a professional team
