Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Lead and mentor a team of behavioral analysts and clinical staff.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in behavioral analysis.
- Coach, Lead and Monitor Staff
- Identify needs
- Lead interest groups
- Provide guidance and maintain staff goals and production
Experience/Qualifications
- Must hold Board Certification as a Behavioral Analyst. ( Current BCBA Certification through the BACB)
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical operations within healthcare.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavioral treatment plans.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring clinical staff and teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
