Are you passionate about natural products and love connecting with people? Natural Vibez, a brand-new herbal shop opening this December in Charlotte, NC, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a knack for customer service and a genuine interest in holistic living, we’d love to hear from you!

About Us

At Natural Vibez , we’re all about bringing the Charlotte community the very best in pure and natural products. From loose herbs, roots, and spices to custom tea blends, sea moss gel, essential oils, and tinctures, we’re your one-stop shop for wellness. We also carry crystal and smudging supplies, as well as a variety of skin and body products. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where customers can explore and embrace a natural lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Sharing product knowledge and helping customers understand the benefits of our herbal and natural offerings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are always inviting.
- Supporting the team with daily store operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of retail experience or a strong background in customer service.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in natural products and holistic wellness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work during our store hours (Monday–Friday, 12pm–7 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM–5 PM).
