Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor resident status; perform ongoing assessments and document changes
- Document accurately in charting systems and ensure timely, compliant records
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, including CNAs, RNs, and physicians
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and resident privacy; respond to emergencies promptly

Requirements
- Active LPN license (state-specific) in good standing
- Ability to work night shifts: 19:00–07:30
- Availability for a 4-week travel assignment starting 05/23/2026
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
