Outage Scheduler
Join Our Client as an Outage Scheduler in Wilmington, NC a leader in sustainable energy and grid modernization via advanced GridOS technology! We need experts with a relevant degree, hazardous manufacturing experience, and Primavera P6 mastery to drive safe, efficient nuclear operations. location: Wilmington, North Carolina
job type: Contract
salary: $35.85 - 40.85 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a master outage schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project, expertly managing complex dependencies, critical paths, and resource leveling.
- Serve as the primary liaison between FCO and FMO leadership to seamlessly align maintenance windows, mediate conflicting priorities, and minimize production impacts.
- Coordinate the mobilization of internal maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all personnel are vetted and rigorously briefed on site-specific nuclear safety and LOTO protocols.
- Oversee the on-site staging and pre-outage inspection of spare parts, specialized tooling, and heavy equipment while utilizing CAD systems to interpret technical drawings.
- Leverage Work Management Systems (like SAP PM) and advanced Excel skills to manage work orders, track equipment history, and report key outage metrics to executive leadership.
