Virtual Receptionist
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Virtual Receptionist to join Meyer Plastics Inc, a leading provider of plastic products serving the Midwest and beyond. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing virtual receptionist software to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Providing information about products and services offered by Meyer Plastics Inc.
- Directing calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate communication.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Experience working in a virtual or remote setting is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $32 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
- Currency: USD
- Contract Type: Full-time
