Job Summary:

Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Madison, NC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the child's natural environment - their home. Our mission is to provide ABA care that lives where the child does, and we believe that by working together, we can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy procedures to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions achieve their goals and improve their quality of life

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless integration of ABA therapy into daily life

• Provide support and guidance to family members on implementing ABA techniques and strategies

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or related experience

• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
