Registered Nurse – Juvenile Correctional Facility
Location: Siler City, NC
Shift: Mid Shift
Pay: $52/hour
Setting: Juvenile Justice Facility
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a juvenile correctional facility . This role requires a nurse who is confident and comfortable working in a secure environment and delivering care to adolescents.
Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing.
- Comfortable working in a juvenile justice facility.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with facility staff, mental health providers, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
