What You'll Do:

• Know how to set up vertical, horizontal, lathe and 5th axis
• Set up CNC machine and take 1st piece to QC for approval
• Adjust programs for QC as needed to qualify for production
• Log setups in setup log
• Show operator how to run part (load and clean up)
• Recover machines and zero out faults
• Inspect fixtures before set-up
• Return fixtures to fixture racks after use
• Keep fixtures/fixtures cleaned and organized
• Repair fixtures as needed

What We Need from You:

• Working knowledge of fanus controls on machines such as the Mori Seki, Okumas, Harding, etc.
• Relevant experience working on CMC machines
• Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently
• Self-motivated and willing to empower others to succeed
• Maintain a good attendance record, follow all company safety policies, and keep work environment clean
