Position Summary
We’re looking for a caring and dependable Weekend 1:1 Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one support to individuals in our care, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. If you’re passionate about helping others and have at least one year of experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do
As a Weekend 1:1 Support Staff member, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct, individualized support to residents during weekends.
- Assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
- Monitoring and documenting the resident’s progress and well-being.
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment for the individual in your care.
- Collaborating with the team to meet the resident’s specific needs and goals.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar support or caregiving role.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with individuals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
