JOB DESCRIPTION
The WMS Super User plays a key role in managing all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support logistics process design and mapping

• Provide first-level support

• Perform error analysis, recovery, and troubleshooting with national/regional teams

• Prepare and follow up on open issues

• Conduct audits to ensure proper system use and SOP compliance

• Coordinate software and release testing

• Maintain and monitor data quality

• Manage user perception and engagement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Proficient in MS Office; strong MS Access skills

• Manhattan WMOS experience preferred

• Ability to coach and mentor staff

• Qualifications in transportation/supply chain management

• 5+ years in Contract Logistics/3PL/Distribution/Pharma Cold Chain

• 5+ years management experience in high-volume distribution or warehouse settings

• Operations background in logistics/supply chain or IT background with supply chain understanding

• Knowledge of warehouse equipment, racking, WMS, and MHE

• Experience in healthcare/medical device regulated environments

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Highly organized, analytical, and objective

• Thrives in high-pressure environments; able to manage multiple tasks

• Acts as a project resource

• Develop SOPs for WMS with Project Manager CL

• Support configuration, design, mapping, and testing for WMS implementations

• Coordinate and execute EDI mapping with customers

• Participate in solution testing with customer and site
