Qualifications + Education: Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred. + 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Strategy in a global, matrixed environment. + Prior experience with technology or semiconductor companies is preferred. + Expertise in performance management redesign and talent planning. + Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action. + Comfort with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) and analytics tools. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + A collaborative mindset and passion for building people-first solutions. + Candidate must reside in Austin, TX, or Morrisville, NC.
