Rental Agent Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals and related services
- Responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Quoting customers rental rates
- Complete rental contracts, explain our policies and requirements
- Processing receipts for deposits/payments for rental contract transactions
- Thoroughly inspecting returned rental vehicles for damages, smoke etc.
- Maintain a superior level of customer service
- Maintain professional appearance
- Other duties directed by management
