Maintenance Supervisor – South Charlotte | Full-Time | $28–$30/hr

Location: South Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Multi-Shift Support (3 shifts/day, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $28.00–$30.00/hour , based on experience

A well-established manufacturing facility in South Charlotte is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. This is a hands-on role leading a small maintenance team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations. The facility is clean, organized, and focused on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in regular, preventive, and emergency maintenance for all machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (240V–480V / 3-phase)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine blueprints
• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials, supplies, and repair parts
• Initiate purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Support plant engineering projects and tooling maintenance
• Fill out documentation and track KPIs related to maintenance performance

Requirements:

• Previous Maintenance Technician experience is required
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machines
• Ability to read calipers, schematics, and blueprints
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, drives, programs, and tooling
• Must be able to stand, crouch, climb , and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for extended hours and rare on-call emergency support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in plastic extrusion or injection molding
• Knowledge of advanced maintenance methodologies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations
