Senior Cloud Engineer

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join their Cloud Platform team. This team is responsible for enabling the next generation cloud applications and platforms across the firm. You will work in a diverse, open and transparent culture using innovative solutions with the latest cloud native technologies and leading-edge engineering practices.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $68 - $75 / hr. w2

As a Senior Cloud Engineer in our Cloud Platforms area, you will work within a diverse team comprised of passionate technologists who believe in the power of innovation and constant collaboration. We believe that small, empowered, self-motivated teams can achieve outstanding things. We are passionate about opensource contribution, sharing our expertise and knowledge with the engineering community while adopting a continuous learning approach support by a dedicated learning day each week.

• Hands-on experience in 2 or more Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure)
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable and resilient applications in Azure cloud.
• Serverless hands-on development and architecture experience implementing Azure Functions, Logic apps, etc
• Experience delivering software using engineering best practices and principles. Ideally API experience in Python.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CFT, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.
• Excellent in Troubleshooting Cloud related issues and Problem-solving skills
• Passion for new technologies and cloud trends.
• Bonus skills
  •  Cloud Certifications in Azure.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
