Custom Machinery Fabrication Leader Hiring for a Project Manager, ideal candidate will have a strong background with Engineering design and metal cutting laser programming.

With a focus on custom fabrication projects, we are looking for a sheet metal fabrication and machining professional who is skilled at CNC Laser Programming to step into a Project Manager role with strong growth potential.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

As a Project Manager for our custom fabrication job shop, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality control) for seamless project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspections to maintain our high standards.
• Logistics & Expediting: Oversee logistics, manage shipping schedules, and expedite materials and processes to meet project deadlines.
• Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
• Design: Apply strong design skills for flat patterns

The Ideal Project Manager will have a strong Fabrication Supervisory background or Engineering Expertise!

• Ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Laser Programming: Proficiency in fabrication and software for laser cutting operations, generating flat patterns, and experience with press brakes.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical 3D drawings, models, and specifications. Preferred proficiency in Solidworks and Metamation highly preferred
• Management: Proven experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
• Expediting: Expertise in expediting materials, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely project completion.
• Inspection: Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures for sheet metal fabrication.
• Logistics: Understanding of logistics and supply chain management for efficient project execution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
