We Want

Wells Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to facilitate our continued expansion into Brunswick County and the surrounding areas. Most important to us is that you are a solid team member who can facilitate positive and productive client experiences. We also want someone who will:

• Take initiative.
• Act professionally in all communication with the team, clients, and carriers.
• Be able to review policies and answer customer questions based on your professional qualifications and product knowledge.
• Most important to us is that you are a solid team member who can facilitate positive and productive experiences between account managers, carriers, and our valued clients.

Job Requirements

• Valid NC Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience selling and servicing Personal lines of insurance.
• Experience identifying prospects through referral sources and existing clients.
• Previous outside sales experience.
• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be capable of working on your own and as part of a team including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters.
• Familiar and comfortable with advising prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solution.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with the EPIC online software
