11p-7:30a, 40, EOW

Hours: 36/48 or 40hrs

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: 4/6

Over the Phone Interview: Yes

Orientation: First 4 weeks M-F 8a-5p. No RTO or Call outs permitted during orientation (will be cancelled)

Requirements: Fingerprints are required for HCP's that have lived outside of NC within the past 5 years, these will take 4-6 weeks to come back. Can not start with pending fingerprints

Details for the position: Very Nice layout, about 3-4 patients per tech, hallways consist of 12 patients other techs will be on shift to assist along with RN's. Very nice facility compared to other skill nursing facilities around. This is for a float pool for the facility, CNA's will get full time hours, as opposed to being assigned to a current unit will float to units that needs help for their scheduled days. After offer, CNA must go to the facility to see Employee health and do paperwork within the next week after offer, if caregiver is unable to go, offer will be retracted.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years
• Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good-standing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
