National Sales Manager

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across Corporate, Business Travel, and Sports segments. You’ll identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with hotel teams to achieve sales goals and elevate the guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities in Business Travel, Corporate Group, and Sports markets.
- Prospect for new business and nurture leads through the full sales cycle.
- Conduct virtual and in-person site tours and client meetings to showcase our hotel portfolio and services.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, brand standards, and client needs.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to prepare forecasts, pricing strategies, and segment-specific sales action plans.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and strengthen account performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Partner with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience with a focus on Corporate Group, Business Travel, and Sports segments.
- Proven ability to close business and manage multi-property or national/regional accounts.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies for success.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
