Who We’re Looking For:

You’re upbeat, organized, and love creating a positive experience for others. You value holistic health and thrive in a structured, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check patients in and out with enthusiasm.

• Schedule and reschedule appointments via text and phone.

• Collect payments and track care plans.

• Maintain patient records using EMR systems.

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors (if certified).

• Support daily office operations and patient education.

What You Bring:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in healthcare or customer service (required).

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• EMR software knowledge (preferred).

Schedule:

• Mon: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM

• Tues: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

• Wed: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM

• Thurs: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

• Fri: 7:30 AM–12:30 PM

• Weekends as needed (for biannual seminars).
