Midwife - Staff

We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwife for a well-known health care systems that serves Virginia and eastern North Carolina.Â

You will be just a short drive away to waterways, woodlands, beaches of the Outer Banks and nearby big cities like Norfolk Va, Hampton Roads, and Virginia Bch. We are offering awesome compensation for your time . You will have full autonomy of births, and Physician support at all times for high-risk births.Â

Responsibilities:

• Provider full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
• Rotating Call to include 7-8 days per months
• Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN physicians
• Inpatient Deliveries
• Providing full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
• Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN physicians

To Qualify for this opportunity:

• 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery necessary
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.Â
• Must be Certified as a Nurse Midwife is required.
• Must be flexible with schedule
• Must be a Team player and Adaptable.
