Transactional Lawyer - Investment Team

???? Compensation: $200,000 - $275,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a large Southeastern law firm with a national practice , is partnering with W3Global to find an accomplished Transactional Lawyer to join their Investment Team .

This team primarily represents capital providers in a wide range of debt and equity investment activities , offering a unique opportunity to work across the entire capital structure - representing both equity and debt investors , as well as portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.

If you're a driven attorney with a strong foundation in corporate or finance transactions , this role offers an exceptional platform to grow your expertise and work alongside some of the most respected investment professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders , alternative investment vehicles , and private equity fund investors in a variety of transactions

• Advise clients on control and growth equity investments

• Support portfolio companies in acquisition, sell-side, and financing matters

• Work collaboratively across practice groups to deliver sophisticated transactional solutions

Desired Experience:

• 3-6 years of transactional experience (finance or corporate law background preferred)

• Strong academic record and excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience working on complex investment or lending transactions highly valued

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred
