Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Room setting, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions.
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care.
• Accurately document all patient information, interventions, and outcomes according to best practices and policy.
• Triage patients effectively, prioritize care in high-acuity situations, and support physicians during emergent procedures.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license (NC or compact state).
• Minimum one year of recent ER/ED nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications (PALS, TNCC, ENPC) are a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
