What You’ll Do

Support Sales & Customers – Serve as a key point of contact, assisting customers and the Sales Team with product information, inquiries, and order management. 

Sales Order Processing – Enter quotes, process sales orders, and manage open orders to ensure smooth fulfillment. 

Account Management – Partner with the Sales Team to maintain and grow customer accounts, tracking key opportunities and supporting ongoing relationships. 

Customer Engagement – Maintain accurate customer records, communication preferences, and proactively assist with inquiries. 

Collaboration – Balance workload within the Customer Experience Team and seek cross-functional support opportunities. 

Growth & Development – Gain hands-on experience with PUPCO’s products, customers, and sales processes, with potential for advancement based on performance.
