Biltmore Forest Country Club is looking for talented culinary professionals to join our team. Whether you're an experienced cook from a high-volume, fine-dining background or someone with a passion for food who is committed to learning the craft of cooking at a professional level, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a well-organized and supportive environment.
We’re willing to train the right individual who is dependable, motivated, and dedicated to developing a career in the culinary arts. It’s an ideal setting for culinary students or anyone serious about turning their passion into a profession.
In this role, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of culinary styles—from casual fare to upscale à la carte, sophisticated plated banquets, and large buffets—providing a dynamic platform to sharpen and diversify your skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced culinary professionals from high-volume, fine-dining environments
- Or individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to learning the craft of cooking at a professional level
- Solid knife skills or a willingness to develop them
- A strong work ethic and clear, respectful communication
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
