Job Title: Maintenance Technician

2nd and 3rd Shifts

Pay: $28-32/hour

Job Description

We are seeking Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team due to company growth. Our facility operates large industrial boilers and machinery, which are coal-fired and essential for brick manufacturing. The machinery comprises hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, automated PLCs, robots, and computer-controlled equipment.
• Improve processes to support production operations.
• Bend conduit of all types and understand all phases of industrial wiring, including wiring transformers, load centers, and motors.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and interpret drawings with limited supervision.
• Perform mechanical repairs such as replacing bearings, gearboxes, welding, and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, changeovers, and routine plant maintenance.
• Demonstrate electrical experience, including reading AC/DC voltage on a meter, checking continuity, and troubleshooting and replacing 3-phase, 480V motors.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, NC.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Madison,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 30, 2026.
