Position Summary :

The Outside Salesperson at Epoxy Depot Inc. is responsible for developing new accounts, servicing existing clients, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive sales growth. This role involves regular travel to customer job sites, supporting contractors with epoxy system solutions, and ensuring store locations maintain appropriate inventory levels based on projected customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish initial contact with new clients and develop new accounts.
• Service and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Travel to job sites to provide insights, support, and recommendations on epoxy systems.
• Project customer needs and communicate effectively with store locations to maintain accurate inventory.
• Prospect, cold call, and follow up to generate new business opportunities.
• Represent Epoxy Depot at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
• Provide contractor training support and product demonstrations when needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, including cold calling, preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of epoxy, resin, or flooring systems preferred (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $500 – $1,000 per week, depending on experience
