eCommerce Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant based in Latin America, the Caribbean, or anywhere close to the U.S. time zone—preferably EST or a nearby time zone—to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis.

You will be joining a small, growing company with a flexible, relaxed working environment, and we hope you will stay with us long-term (2-3 years if desired!).

Responsibilities

* Provide email customer support in English
* Process orders

**Processing Time: **

* Orders placed **Monday through Friday before 5 PM EST** are processed the same day.
* On **Mondays and Fridays, all orders must be processed by 8 AM EST** so they’re ready to ship at 9 AM.
* On **Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays**, there’s more flexibility—orders just need to be processed by **5 PM**.
* However, every morning on **Tues, Wed, and Thur,** check for any expedited orders, process them right away, and let us know in **our Slack channel.**

Requirements

* Fluent spoken and written English (C1)
* Willingness to learn quickly
* Passion for the eCommerce industry
* Must be based in a location aligned with Eastern Standard Time (e.g., Latin America, Caribbean), so people based in Asia are not eligible.
* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

Work Hours

This is a freelance role, starting at 20 hours a week.

* Flexible schedule, but you must be available during EST or within a nearby time zone to ensure alignment with our U.S.-based customers.
* Minimum of 5 days per week (option to work 6 or 7 days if you prefer)
* Hours may increase up to 40 hours a week by the end of next year, depending on business needs.
