The Carolina Inn is hiring full-time CNAs for consistent weekday shifts — days (7am–3pm) or evenings (3pm–11pm). No rotating weekends. No last-minute schedule changes. Just a stable schedule at a facility that has been the standard for assisted living in Fayetteville for 25 years.

Pay & schedule

Starting at $13.00/hr

Evening shift differential available

Full-time | Monday–Friday

Day shift (7am–3pm) and evening shift (3pm–11pm) available

What you'll do

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for our residents

Work alongside a licensed nurse on your floor every shift

Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff

Document care accurately and support individualized care plans

Help maintain the safe, welcoming environment our residents rely on

What we need from you

Active NC CNA certification — must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required)

Availability for full-time weekday shifts

Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

CPR certification and prior assisted living experience are a plus — not a requirement. New grads are welcome to apply.
