Outpatient Pediatrics - North Carolina

An established, mission-driven pediatric practice in southeastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its outpatient team. Position Highlights
* Outpatient pediatric practice

* High-volume, community-focused setting

* Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) per provider

* Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

* Additional hourly compensation for evening and weekend coverage

* $10,000 transition bonus
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: $200,000 - $240,000

* Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses

* PTO starting at 27.5 days and increasing to 42.5 days after year one

Qualifications
* MD or DO

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
