Northedge is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in supporting

daily office operations, communication, and coordination across multiple departments.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following

through on commitments, and learning how a growing construction company operates.

This is more than a reception or clerical position. The right candidate will have the

opportunity to learn our business, take on increasing responsibility, and grow into a

larger operational role over time.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general office

communications

• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

• Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and administrative requests

• Track open items, follow-ups, and outstanding tasks across departments

• Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and company events

• Help maintain company device and equipment records

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

• Support onboarding activities and administrative processes

• Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized and dependable

• Strong communication and follow-through skills

• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred

• Prior administrative experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Construction, operations, logistics, or service-industry experience is a plus
