Located in West Charlotte, we offer rotating quarterly themed tasting menus—such as "Modern Art," "The Wall," and "Terroir"—where every course is paired with a specific song and narrative. We are a Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star establishment, committed to sustainability and social equity. Our wine program is a cornerstone of this experience, specifically highlighting stories not often told.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct the Narrative: Master the complex storytelling, musical cues, and culinary inspiration behind each quarterly theme to guide guests seamlessly through their multi-course journey.
• Direct the flow of service at the counter, precisely timing dishes, explaining ingredient sourcing, and collaborating with the beverage team to execute flawless wine and non-alcoholic pairings.
• Provide Gracious Hospitality: Build instant, authentic rapport with an intimate group of 18 guests per service, anticipating needs proactively while maintaining a warm, accessible, and inclusive atmosphere.
• Bridge Kitchen & Counter: Act as the vital communication anchor between the open kitchen team and the front-of-house, ensuring allergy modifications and timing pacing are precisely managed.
• Mentor and Support: Oversee and coach support staff, taking full ownership of your section's aesthetics, sanitation, and operational readiness before, during, and after service.

What We Look For

• Fine Dining Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a premium, high-volume fine dining or tasting menu environment (Michelin or James Beard-recognized concepts are a major plus).
• Immersive Communication Skills: Outstanding oral communication skills with a natural ability to captivate an audience, speak comfortably about complex food/beverage concepts, and tell a compelling story.
• Wine & Beverage Literacy: Strong fundamental knowledge of viticulture, regional wine profiles, and spirit pairings; certifications (CMS or WSET) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Adaptability & Evolution: A desire to constantly learn, as our menus, tableware, music playlist, and visual art completely transform every quarter.
