- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage audit and tax schedules; coordinate with external auditors.
- Calculate management fees and assist with CAM reconciliations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash balances.
- Oversee accounts payable check runs and resolve payment issues.
- Ensure timely month-end closings and accurate journal entries.
- Reconcile balance sheets and process owner distributions.
- Prepare bank wires, transfers, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and GAAP adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- 1–3 years of accounting experience; property accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Yardi experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
