Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager | English/Spanish
Our client, a dynamic and expanding law firm, is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager fluent in English and Spanish. This role is ideal for a detail oriented, client focused professional with a strong background in personal injury law. You will manage high-volume caseloads, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver outstanding client care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor case progress to ensure timely movement and resolution.
- Gather, track, and organize medical records, bills, and damage documentation.
- Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, file organization, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support case strategy and client outcomes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering case related questions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ongoing training in personal injury law or case management software is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload of 50-60+ active personal injury cases.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, criminal justice, or related field (preferred)
