Your Impact
As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the practice. You'll oversee operations, guide and develop the team, and ensure our office continues to deliver exceptional service to every patient who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a talented dental team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficiency and quality care
- Manage budgets, financial data, and inventory to maintain profitability and resource balance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the patient experience by implementing process improvements and resolving issues proactively
- Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to align operational goals with clinical excellence
- Handle additional office responsibilities as needed
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in dental, medical, or healthcare operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for team development
- Experience with insurance verification, claims, and patient AR management
- Understanding of payroll, scheduling, and P&L management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and team culture

Position Base Pay Range
$55,000—$65,000 USD
