Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, products, and services to meet the specific comfort needs of customers.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and cost estimates for HVAC installations, upgrades, or maintenance services.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency options and recommend solutions that align with their budget and comfort requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and regulations to offer informed recommendations.
- Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results to management.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Ability to conduct in-home and on-site consultations with professionalism
