Senior Project Manager (Provider Relations)

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major, high-priority provider contract. In this role, you will act as the strategic architect for complex business processes, ensuring that our corporate priorities are met through rigorous planning and cross-functional leadership. salary: $49 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and track comprehensive project plans that align with corporate objectives and provider contract requirements.
• Identify necessary skill sets and negotiate for internal and external resources to ensure projects are staffed for high-quality delivery.
• Develop and track budgets, operating plans, and financial cost forecasts to ensure the project meets all defined financial goals.
• Proactively evaluate project risks, develop robust contingency plans, and manage escalation processes to keep stakeholders informed and timelines secure.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management. (Healthcare industry experience highly perferred.)
• Prior experience with provider contract implementations or health insurance operations.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Compensation & Benefits

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. (Remote)
• Contract role with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business requirements.
