Executive Assistant

Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing high-quality presentations. This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and maintain the schedules of executives, ensuring meetings and appointments are organized effectively. - Manage daily operations by addressing administrative tasks and resolving billing discrepancies. - Design and prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive and team meetings. - Handle inbound calls professionally and provide assistance or direct inquiries as needed. - Oversee patient payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Support executives by anticipating their needs and proactively resolving potential issues. - Assist in planning and executing company events or initiatives as required. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role. - Proficiency in creating detailed presentations using PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience in handling billing discrepancies and patient payment processes. - Ability to manage inbound telephone calls and inquiries with attention to detail. - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - High level of discretion in all interactions.
