Job Description
A Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and system optimization within NetSuite. This role partners closely with finance, operations, supply chain, licensing, and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial systems and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle accounting including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Month-end and year-end close activities
- Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting packages
- Support annual audit requests and compliance requirements
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Maintain and enhance NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Reporting)
- Optimize workflows to support manufacturing & inventory processes
- Assist in NetSuite upgrades, integrations, and automation projects
- Provide NetSuite training for finance and cross-functional users
- Maintain inventory accounting accuracy (standard costing, cycle counts, variance review)
- Support bill of materials (BOM), WIP, landed cost, and COGS processes
- Partner with supply chain and warehouse leaders to validate data accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Develop internal controls and process documentation
- Partner with licensing and compliance teams for royalty reporting and audits
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5-7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 2-4 years hands-on NetSuite experience (manufacturing or product-based business highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting models)
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy-driven, with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, licensing, and e-commerce teams

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
